  • 01 How do I get started?
The best way to hire us is by referral (someone you know works with us), or by booking a Growth Sprint so we can get to know your business. Since we only take one trade per service area, we want to make sure it's a great fit for both of us.
  • 02 What is a Growth Sprint?
We audit your current marketing and ops systems to deliver a full report on where you are losing revenue, and a comprehensive list of recommendations on how to drive new revenue. Whether you hire us or not, the plan is yours.
  • 03 How is Craft & Hype different from most marketing agencies?
Three structural differences. We only work with home service contractors, so every keyword list, ad angle, and brand voice rule is tuned to one buyer: homeowners. We don't sell one-off services. Ads only work when the whole system behind them works, so we run it all. And we use AI and software for the repeatable work most agencies bill hours for, which keeps our price down and puts senior talent on the work that actually grows your revenue.
  • 04 Am I locked into a contract?
Month-to-month with 30 days' notice. No setup fee on monthly services. No markup on ad spend. The website, the ad accounts, and every lead record stay in your name and are exportable any time.
  • 05 Can my competitors work with you?
No. When you hire us, your trade in your service area is yours, and we turn away anyone who'd compete with you. We don't believe a marketing agency can go all-in for two businesses fighting for the same customers.
